2 Egg whites
13 Nabisco Saltine Crackers, crumbled into small pieces
Salt and Pepper to taste
8 slices Bread

Here is how you make Dinner - Tuna Patty Melts - Lite version:

Mix tuna, egg whites, crackers, salt and pepper in small bowl. Spray nonstick frying pan with cooking spray. Form tuna mixture into 4 patties and place in pan on medium heat. Cook 3-5 minutes on the first side. When the bottom of the patties are golden brown, flip them. Cook 3-5 minutes. NOTE: I use 'Italian Bread.'
