2 tbs unsalted butter
2 tbs flour
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 tbs mustard
1/2 bag frozen mixed veggies
1 cup green beans

How Do I Make Easy Creamy Tuna and Shells?

Here is how you make Easy Creamy Tuna and Shells:

Heat EVOO in pan. Boil water to cook noodles. Dice onion and garlic and add to EVOO, cook until soft. Add in cans of Tuna and combine; remove from pan. Add 2 tbs butter to pan and melt. Add 2 tbs of flour and cook for 30 sec - 1 min. Stir in skim milk and wait until mixture thickens. Add in salt, pepper, garlic powder, nutmeg, dill and mustard and let simmer. Drain pasta.
