Lime Juice, 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper, freshly ground, 2 tsp
Scallions, raw, 1 Tbsp chopped
Corn Starch, 1 Tbsp

Here is how you make Seared Sesame Ginger Ahi Tuna:

1.Lightly coat Tuna Steak in ground pepper2. Mix the marinade ingredients (everything except corn starch) together and coat the tuna steaks with the marinade, cover tightly, and refrigerate for at least an hour.3. Pour off marinade, set aside4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium high to high heat. When the pan is hot, remove the tuna steaks from the marinade and sear them for a minute to a minute and a half on each side. Should lightly color outside, very rare inside. ( even a little longer if you want the tuna less rare)5. Remove from pan and slice into 1/4-inch thick slices.
