1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

12 oz. ahi tuna steak, sliced into 1/8" strips
1/2 medium onion roughly chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 jalape?o pepper, seeded, de-veined, and chopped
1 bunch bok choy, rinsed and chopped
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon fresh whole ginger root, minced

Here is how you make Soy Ginger Tuna with Bok Choy:

In a small stainless steel or glass bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Add tuna slices and stir to coat. Set aside.Heat a stir fry pan, wok, or large skillet over high heat. Add canola oil and whirl pan to coat. toss in onion and jalape?o. Stir fry for one minute. Add celery. stir fry one minute more. Add bok choy, stir fry 4 minutes. Remove vegetables to large bowl. Place wok back over heat. Add tuna with marinade liquid and stir fry for a minute. Add vegetable mixture back to work, stir to combine and serve immediately.
