Here is how you make Italian Tuna Sautee:

Heat olive oil in pan. Chop or mince garlic and sautee in oil (add more or less to taste). Add tuna and tomatoes and stir until warmed through. Add spices to taste, and stir in feta cheese last. This makes a great lunch served over the grain of your choice - I chose quinoa, but if you use less liquid in the tomatoes, you could even serve this on a roll, as a local pizza place I know does.
