Here is how you make Tuna Italian:

Put pasta in boiling water.Saute onion in non-stick skillet with oil. When tender and translucent, add mushrooms, black olives, tuna, soup, and evaporated milk. Mix well, stirring frequently; add regular milk to thin sauce a bit. Let it cook gently until pasta is ready. Season to taste.Drain pasta and add to sauce. Pour into lightly greased casserole. If desired add a topping of finely crushed Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (just a few tablespoons is a gracious plenty).
