Boil macaroni according to pkg. instructions with salt. Drain. In separate pot add skim milk, corn starch, margarine and bring to a boil until thick, add salt and pepper to taste, tuna and fat free shredded cheddar and simmer for five minutes. Spray casserole dish with pam and put in pasta and add in sauce and mix well. Optional: Add crushed potato chips on top and bake for 20 minutes on preheated 350 degree oven.
