Here is how you make Tuna Penne:

Chop onions and tomatoes.Boil pasta according to package instructions (this is what the salt is for). Drain and set aside.While pasta is boiling, sautee in olive oil over medium heat the onions, tomatoes, peas, pepper, and garlic powder. In a large bowl, mix sauteed mixture into pasta.
