Mix first 4 ingredients together separately (big enough to fit soup mixture & dry ingredients). Mix milk & soup together in a separate bowl. Pour 3/4 of the soup mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix well. Spoon 1/6 of mixture into each flour tortilla and roll. Place seam side down in greased 9 x 13 pan. Drizzle the remaining milk & soup mixture over the top of the roll ups. Bake for 35 min, covered. Remove from oven, add remaining cheese and a bit more Durkee onions.
