2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups ground oats (very easy- just put some oatmeal in your blender. This is much healthier than bread crumbs)
1 cup tomato sauce

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees (Note: these can also be easily cooked outside on the grill)Drain the salmon (or tuna). Add to a bowl and mash.Add eggs (beat in a separate bowl first)Add onion, tomato sauce, and ground oatsMix wellSpray a baking sheet with nonstick sprayPut in oven for 15-20 min. Check to see if they are browning and strong enough to flip over with a spatula. Turn them and wait another 5-10 min. I like to serve these on top of a bed of quinoa. You can also serve with rice or pasta.... or on a bun with lettuce and tomato! This recipe makes about 10 patties.
