Here is how you make Fake Veggie Fajitas:

1. Slice all veggies if not pre-sliced. Put olive oil in pan and sautee veggies, adding salt and pepper if desired.2. Slice pitas in half lengthwise and either toast in the toaster, or spray with Pam and "grill" in a frying pan.3. When veggies are cooked up, spoon .25 of the pan onto one of the pitas, and spoon about a tablespoon of salsa on top.4.
