* Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
* I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, 5 sprays, 1 serving
* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped

Here is how you make Veggie Omelet:

Beat 2 medium eggs with 1 tbsp water. Add 1 tbsp dried dill weed.In saute pan spray "I Can't Believe it's Butter Spray" and add fresh chopped garlic cloves, green pepper, onion and mushroom and tomatoes. Saute till tender. Set aside in bowl.Add 1 tbsp butter to saute pan and pour in beaten eggs on medium heat. As the egg bubbles, use rubber spatula to lift edges.
