1 cup cheddar cheese
8 eggs

How Do I Make Veggie Quiche?

Here is how you make Veggie Quiche:

Chop 1 medium onion and the clove of garlic, and sautee in the olive oil. Chop the tomato and the broccoli and add to the sautee when the onion gets tender. Set aside when the veggies are heated through.In a medium bowl, add the 8 eggs and beat well. Beat in the milk, and desired seasonings. I use salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.Shred one cup of cheddar cheese, and place the shredded cheese in the bottom of the prepared pie crust. Add the veggies on top. Gently pour in the egg mixture.Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, and then reduce the heat to 350 and continue to bake for 30-40 minutes longer. Cover with foil if the pie crust browns too quickly.
