What Are The Ingredients For Healthy Shrimp and Veggie Frittata Recipe?The ingredients for Healthy Shrimp and Veggie Frittata are: 1 c Egg Beaters3 large eggs 1/2 c skim milk Salt and Pepper to taste 1gram (tbsp) McCormick Seasoned Herb Medley 1 small onion chopped 1 c frozen peas partially cooked 1/2 c chopped green peppers 1 tsp oil 2/3 c reduced fat parmesan cheese 1 lb shrimp (cooked or uncooked) How Do I Make Healthy Shrimp and Veggie Frittata?Here is how you make Healthy Shrimp and Veggie Frittata: Saute the onion and pepper in oil until tender. If the shrimp is precooked, add to pan with onion to heat. If not, cook first as directed and set aside. Remove from heat, add the partially cooked peas and cheese. Mix well and spread on the bottom of a non-stick square baking pan (8 x 8).Mix the egg substitute, eggs and milk with a whisk. Add in seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Pour the egg mixture over top of the shrimp mixture.Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until eggs are set.
