Serves 6 with one cake per personPlace canned salmon in a bowl and break it up with a fork. Add mayonnaise, an egg, red peppers, onion flakes, jalape?o peppers, and plain bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Place whole wheat panko crumbs in a shallow plate. Form each salmon cake using a 1/3 cup measure.
