Here is how you make Shrimp Scampi with Wheat Spaghetti (Healthy Style):

Start by heating olive oil in medium frying pan. Meanwhile, boil water and cook spaghetti to desired tenderness. Add mushrooms, sautee for about 2 minutes, add shrimp, sautee for 2 minutes longer, add garlic, scallions, lemon juice and seasonings and sautee for an additional 1 minute while stirring and scraping ingredients so as not to burn.
