Here is how you make Baked Eggs:

Preheat oven to 375.In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. After the foaming subsides, add the onions. Sautee until tender and brown. About 5 minutes.Meanwhile, coat a small ramekin with cooking spray. Coat bottom of the ramekin with the sour cream. Layer in the onions and your herbs. Make a well in the middle, and gently crack the egg into the well.Put the ramekin in a larger baking pan and fill the baking pan with boiling water until the water reaches 1/2 way up the ramekin's side.Place the baking pan with the water bath and ramekin in the oven.
