Here is how you make Swiss Chicken Cutlets:

Pound the chicken breast thin (layer it between two pieces of plastic wrap then pound with the flat side of a meat tenderizer, can of food, etc). Cut into four portions. Mix the flour, salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken in the mixture. Heat the margarine in a skillet - once melted, brown the chicken pieces in the butter - 2-4 minutes per side. Once the chicken is golden on both sides, pour in the chicken broth, add the oregano. Simmer for 8 minutes. Crumble two slices of the swiss cheese into the 'sauce' and stir to combine. Continue to cook another 2-5 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Top each chicken piece with half a slice of swiss cheese.
