While mixer is on high, add eggs one at a time until each is blended. Pour mixture into crust. Refrigerate covered at least 6 hours.For topping: Stir together over medium heat 8 oz chocolate chips and 8 oz heavy cream. Cool slightly. Take sides off springform pan and set cake on wire rack with plastic wrap beneath.
