Whisk gelatin into chocolate mixture. Add remaining yogurt, agave sweetener, and cocoa powder to chocolate/gelatin mixture, and whisk until smooth.Beat egg whites until stiff, using electric mixer. Add xylitol (or sugar), 1 T at a time, stirring gently to mix.
