Makes 4 servingsPreheat oven to 325 degrees. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Grease an 8 inch pie plate or round cake pan with cooking spray and set aside.Cook pasta until it's well done (past al dente, but not yet mushy). Drain pasta and toss in a large bowl with salt pepper and a dash of olive oil.Chop garlic and add to frozen spinach. Microwave for 3 minutes until spinach is thoroughly thawed. Squeeze out excess water and add to the pasta.Toss pasta and spinach, add cheeses and beaten eggs. Add salt/pepper to taste.
