Here is how you make Broiled Fish w/Sundried Tomato Topping:

In a food processor add Hazelnuts & pulse until course, add the Parmesan Cheese & continue to pulse until incorporated. Add Olives & Sun Dried tomatoes & continue pulsing until you have a course topping.Put the fish filets on a tin foil covered cookie sheet & distribute the topping evenly over each filet. Bake under the Broiler with rack in the middle to upper middle rack for approx. 4 mins. max. & then move it to lower rack for 3 mins.
