Mix in mushrooms and pour mix into the bottom of a prepared pie plate. Sprinkle with 1/2 the mozzarella. Mix the eggs, egg whites, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour over the vegetables. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake 20-30 minutes until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cut into 4 pieces.
