How Do I Make Veggie and Ham Frittata?

Here is how you make Veggie and Ham Frittata:

Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add shallots, zucchini, and jalapeno. Cook till soft, add tomatoes (cut in half), garlic, mushrooms and ham. Keep cooking till mushrooms are soft. Add spinach and cook till soft. Add salt to taste.In a bowl, mix with a whisk the eggs, evaporated milk and cheese. Poor the egg mixture into the skillet and let cook on stove till it is set on the sides.Then put skillet in a 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes, till brown and set.
