Glaze onions at low heat without allowing them to get brown. Add ham and cook for another 5 minutes. Ensure that ham is not crisp but soft. Place it refrigerator for at least 30 min while making the dough.DoughCombine 1 cup of sifted flour, a dash of salt and olive oil. Place the yeast in a mold in the middle of the mixture and add a few table spoon of warm water. Let it stand for 5 minutes. then gradually add water and mix the dough until it loosens from the bowl's wall. Put the light in your oven on and place the dough in a metal bowl. Cover the bowl with a clean towel without ouching the dough and let it raise for 30 minutes.Punch the dough down and add 0.5 cups of flour until the dough no longer sticks to the walls of the bowl.
