6 oz corned beef, sliced into 1/2" pieces
1 15oz can Sauerkraut, drained & rinsed
Shredded Swiss Cheese, 2 cup
Caraway (seed), 1 tbsp

Here is how you make Reuben Casserole:

Spray oil an 8x8x2 inch baking dish, preheat oven to 350.Bring water, milk & butter to a boil in 3 quart saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in MUSTARDStir in potatoes until just moistened and set aside until all liquid is absorbed, about a minute. Then whip with fork until smooth.Spread 1.5 Cup of the potatoes in bottom of the pan. Top with chopped corned beef, then sauerkraut. Spoon the rest of the potatoes on top and spread them out over the top.
