1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp whipping cream
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Here is how you make Fresh Peaches and Cream Kuchen:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease bottom and sides of a 9 inch springform pan.Sift flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in dry pudding mix. Add butter, egg, and milk. Using an electric mixer, beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into pan, spreading evenly. Arrange peach slices over batter.Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla extract, and cream in a medium mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes on medium speed. Spoon cream cheese mixture to within 1 inch of edge of batter. Mix remaining cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Filling will still be soft.
