Layer them in a lightly sprayed 9 x 13 glass casserole dish evenly. --Pour the 3/4 chicken broth over the potatoes.--In a medium sauce pan heat the cubed cream cheese, evaporated milk, garlic, spices and parmesan cheese. Stir over low/med heat until cream cheese is nice and creamy then pour evenly over the potatoes.
