Cook rigatoni according to package directions.Heat olive oil in a pan. Add cubed pork loin & finely chopped onion to the oil and saute until the onions are translucent and the pork slightly golden.Add washed & drained sauerkraut, caraway seed, brown sugar & vinegar. Cook about 5 minutes.Drain pasta and add the meat mixture to the pasta, tossing it well.
