Use a little wheat flour for dustingHeat a griddle n once medium hot, place a roti on it for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, filp it n leave it for another 10 seconds. after 10 more seconds, pick the roti using a pair of tongs n flip it once again DIRECTLY ON HIGH FLAME THIS TIME. (the side u actually placed on the griddle at first)Placing it on the flame allows the roti to puff up nicely. this makes it soft even after in cools down.
