Here is how you make Lemon-Ginger Chicken:

Stir together yogurt, ginger, garlic, 4 tablespoons lemon juice and 3 teaspoons salt in a large bowl. Add chicken; stir to evenly coat. Cover and chill at least 1 hour or overnight. Preheat oven to 425. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Remove chicken from marinade and dispose marinade. Let chicken stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. Melt 3 tbs butter in a small pan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and 1 tbs lemon juice Place chicken on baking sheet in a single layer,brush evenly with butter mixture.
