1) Melt margarine in large skillet over low/medium heat; add almonds. Cook 10 minutes or until almonds are golden, stirring frequently. Sprinkle almonds w/ half the curry powder; toss lightly to coat. Drain almonds on paper towel.2)Add apple, onion, and mushrooms to skillet; saute 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir in 2nd tsp of curry powder, and the flour.
