Here is how you make Chicken pilaf:

Heat oil in pan and saute the onion until golden. Add the chicken and rice and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the spices and contine to cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add the peas, stock and water and turn the pan down to low, cooking for 15-20 minutes or until all liquid has been absorbed.
