Here is how you make Tandoori Chicken Roll Ups:

Process ginger and garlic in food processor, add yogurt, and spices. Process until fairly smooth. Reserve 1/2 cup for sauce, marinate chicken with remaining yogurt sauce. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes. Grill on high heat until done (4 minutes/side). Peel cucumbers, cut lengthwise and remove seeds. Slice cucumbers thinly. Combine sugar and vinegar, put cucumber slices in vinegar solution.
