2 T fresh minced ginger
1/2 C chopped celery
1 T lemon juice
2 t curry powder
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t salt (optional)
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
