Add dried garlic when chicken starts to brown.Cut onions and add to pot with chicken, cook until carmelized. Meantime, rough chop potatoes and peppers. Add carrots, potatoes, peppers to pot, add tomatoes and coconut milk. Add curry powder and any other spices you want at this point. Cook until carrots and potatoes are tender enough for you. Taste sauce to make sure it's spicy enough. If you've gone overboard with the spices, add more yogurt, it'll help.
