2 c brown lentils
1 1/3 c chopped fresh cilantro
1 c pumpkin seeds - toasted and chopped

2-3 canned chipolte peppers in adobe sauce chopped

Here is how you make Lentil Chili:

Saute onions in olive oil till lightly browned. Add garlic and cumin and saute for 2 min. Stir in tomatoes, lentils and 2 c water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer and cook for 50 min till lentils are soft. (Add more water if needed) Add corn and heat thru.
