Heat oil in 12" skillet over medium high heat. While oil is heating, combine all remaining ingredients (except the pork) in a medium bowl and set aside.Add cubed pork to hot skillet and cook until lightly browned.Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet and bring to a boil.
