This is a traditional curry recipe where I followed half from the back of the Patak's Curry Paste jar and the half from a recipe printout from the "Addicted to Curry" manga. It makes about 2-3 servings. Instead of ground beef, I used turkey. However, you can use ground beef if you like.

2 cups (16 oz.) ground turkey (or lean ground beef)
1 onion, diced
3 tbsp. canola oil
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
2-3 cloves of garlic (grated)
2 slices of ginger (grated)
4 tbsp Patak's Mild Curry Paste (you could also use Curry Powder, but maybe only about 2 tbsp. and add in some of your own spices)
salt - to taste

1. Pour canola oil into a pot and allow it to heat.2. Add the diced onions and saute until they caramelize (reach a golden brown color).3. Add in the ground turkey and cook through.4. Add in the curry paste and let cook about 1 min.5. Add in tomato sauce and peas. Add in 3/4 cup of water and let simmer for approx. 25 mins.6. Add in the grated garlic and ginger. Also add in desired amount of salt and stir the ingredients evenly.7.
