Chili powder, 1 tbsp

Here is how you make egg curry:

Heat oil in pan. Add chopped onions and fry till brown in colour. Remove from heat and take out onions leaving remaining oil in pan. In mixer jar add chopeed tomatoes, garlic cloves, ginger, fried brown onions and chopped coriander . Make paste.Add these masala paste to oil in pan,fry the paste till it gets to crumbly texture,add chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Add potatoes to the pan and fry for 2 mins, add 6 cups of water.
