Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add mustard seed and fry them until they splutter. Now add the sliced onion pieces, ginger, and green chillies to it and fry the mixture. Now add the cooked mutton to this mixture and cook it, till it gets roasted. Now add pepper powder and gram masala powder to this mixture and mix it well.
