Here is how you make Kheema(Minced Meat) Patties:

FILLINGHeat 3tbsps. Oil in a heavy bottomed pan and fry the Shallots till crisp.Lower flame and add Ginger-Garlic paste and fry till the Oil shows at the sides.Add Curry Powder and 1tsp.Turmeric Powder and fry till the aroma arises.Add the Minced Meat,Mint Leaves,Red Chilli Powder and Salt to taste.Fry on low flame till the Minced Meat is cooked and all the juices have been absorbed.The Mix should be dry.Set aside for time being.MAKING THE PATTYKnead the mashed Potatoes with a dash of Salt and 0.5tsp.Turmeric Powder to a smooth pliable dough.Divide this dough into 60 equal balls.Pat each ball into a small round.
