3/4 c. 0% fat plain Greek yogurt (6oz)
17 slices Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
2 leaves basil, fresh or dried
3 T. parmesan cheese, shredded

Here is how you make Creamy Baked Rotini:

Bring 2 quarts water to boil In large pot; add rotini. Cook 10 minutes or until al dente. While rotini cooks, brown turkey in skillet. Drain fat & remove turkey; reserve. Add diced onion & bell pepper to skillet. Fry 2 minutes. Pour pasta sauce into 2-1/2 qt. baking dish. Blend in Greek yogurt. Stir in onion, bell pepper, turkey, basil & pepperoni. Drain rotini, cool slightly & toss gently with sauce mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly around edges. Top with parmesan cheese. Serve.Serving Size:?Makes 6 1-cup servings
