1 - 15.5oz can of white Northern Beans
1 - 14.5oz can of petite diced tomatoes
2 - 8oz can of tomato sauce
1 & 1/2 cup frozen spinach thawed, squeezed dry and chopped
1/4 cup onion chopped fine
2 cloves garlic minced
3 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dried Italian Herb blend
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (white vinegar is acceptable)
1/3 cup grated parmesean cheese
1 cup grated mozzerella cheese

Here is how you make White Bean Pasta Bake:

Preheat over to 350 degreesBring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook for 6 minutes. Drain and toss with 2 teaspoons of olive oil to prevent sticking. Set to the side.In a heavy sauce pan soften onion in remaining 1 teaspoon of olive oil for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat. Add garlic cook for 1 minute more. Add beans, diced tomatoes and 1 can of tomato sauce. With clean dry hands rub in palms, herb blend over and into pot - this will help release fragrance and oils of the dried herbs. Add black pepper, salt, sugar and vinegar. Bring to simmer and reduce heat to low.Cover and cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove lid and cook 10 minutes more.In a large bowl, toss lightly oiled pasta with chopped spinach, making sure there are no clumps of spinach. Set to sidePour sauce over pasta and spinach. Toss well.Spoon mixture in a 9" x 13" glass baking dish. Pour remaining 8oz can of tomato sauce evenly on top of mixture. Top evenly with 1 cup of Mozzerella cheese and 1/3 cup parmesean cheese.Bake 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly brown.
