30 wonton wrappers

Here is how you make Bean and Spinach Ravioli:

Heat a large pot of water. Bring to a boil.Meanwhile, defrost the spinach in microwave. Squeeze out excess moisture. Place in food processor with beans & cheese. Process until smooth. You should have approx 1 cup of filling.Spread out wrappers on a counter. Place 1 tsp of filling on each wrapper. Moisten edges and fold on t he diagonal. Seal edges.Boil in water for about 2 minutes.Top with tomato sauce, diced tomatoaes, and/or cheeses.
