*Onion, sliced (0.3 oz), 1 serving (remove)
basil, fresh, 1 tbsp (remove)
Salt, 1 dash (I use Hepp's Truffle Salt)


How Do I Make Mediterranean Breakfast Sandwich?

Here is how you make Mediterranean Breakfast Sandwich:

1. Thinly slice onion and zucchini. Slice tomato and slice basil leaves (Only use fresh, this isn't good with dried)2. Put olive oil into pan on med heat and let get warm3. Pop the bread in the toaster4. Add egg and cook to your liking. I prefer over easy to get the runny yolk, but all up to you.5. Once egg is done the bread should be out of the toaster and you can put in on one of the slices. Top it with the salt.6. Add zucchini and onions to the still hot pan and let brown. This should only take a few minutes. Be sure to move them around with your spatula so they don't burn.7. On the other slice of toast add the tomato and basil. It should look like an open faced sandwich at this point.8. When the onion and zucchini are wilted add them to the tomato side and flip the egg side of the sandwich closed and viola! 9.
