1/3 C evaporated non-fat milk
1 T flour

1/4 t black pepper
1.5 C cottage cheese

4 oz uncooked orzo or1/2 lb. fettuccine pasta, cooked and drained

2 T parsley
1 t garlic powder
1/8 t nutmeg

Here is how you make Low Fat Broccoli and Mushroom Fettucino Alfredo:

1. Saute mushrooms, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, basil in the white wine in a large frying pan until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat.2. In a small saucepan, bring water, evaporated non-fat milk, flour, onion powder, black pepper, and cottage cheese to boil. Cook an additional 5 minutes stirring often. Pour sauce over mushroom mixture and simmer until cottage cheese melts. Continue to stir often.3. Meanwhile,bring water to boil to cook orzo or fettuccine pasta. Also bring broccoli and water on to boil. Reduce heat and cook broccoli for 3 minutes and pasta for 10 min.4. Stir all ingredients in large frying pan.
