1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
1 box dry fettuccine pasta
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Here is how you make Vegetarian Chik'n and Broccoli Al Fredo:

Clean and chop broccoli and set it to steam on the stovetop. Meanwhile, get your fettuccine cooking. Set up a small pan for the chik'n strips, but don't begin to cook yet. Onto the sauce.... Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in flour to make roux. Add milk, parmesan cheese, and cream cheese. Stir until all lumps disappear. Continue to cook until sauce thickens, then turn down heat to low. Add minced parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper. Turn on heat to fry chik'n strips - use oil sparingly.
