Here is how you make Macaroni Casserole:

Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt & fat. Drain & place in a large bowl. Sautee mushrooms in skillet coated with cooking spray. When tender, add turkey & cook until browned.Combine parsley, chives, dried oregano, salt & pepper; sprinkle over macaroni, tossing to combine.Place cottage cheese & milk in blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth. Add to macaroni mixture. Add turkey & mushroom mixture to macaroni, tossing to combine.Spoon half of macaroni mixture into 2quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with half of low fat cheddar cheese, & top with half of tomato sauce. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs & parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden & bubbly.
