* 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
* 55g Black Olives, sliced
* 200g Mushrooms, sliced
* 60g Red Bell Peppers
* 85g Red Onions, diced
* 145g 'No Name' Smoked Pepperoni, sliced / chopped
* 235g Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
* 1 jar Ragu 'Original with Mushrooms' Pasta Sauce, 700 ml
* 180g (dry) 100% Whole Wheat Pasta (Any shape - I used penne though!)
* 120g Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Here is how you make Pizza-topped Whole Wheat Pasta Casserole:

1. Pre-heat oven to 400F.2. Boil a large pot of water, and cook the pasta until it is 'al dente' - still a bit firm. Drain and reserve.3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper to tase - NOT INCLUDED IN TRACKER NUTRITION INFORMATION!)4. Add all of the vegetables - except the tomatoes - and the pepperoni, and sautee until the vegetables are crisp-tender, and the water has evaporated from the mushrooms.5. Reduce the heat to medium, and add the tomatoes. Cook for a minute or two.6. Add the jar of pasta sauce, and heat through.7. Add the cooked pasta, and mix with the sauce, pepperoni, and veggies in the pan.8. Spread the pasta mixture out into a 9 x 13 glass baking dish (no greasing required).9. Sprinkle the shredded Mozzarella over the top.10. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes, or until bubbly.11. Change the oven to 'BROIL', and broil the top to get the cheese browned. Watch this!!! It might take 2 minutes, or as long as 5!12. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 - 10 minutes.13.
